deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your Leads In account, the following will occur:
- All your data will be permanently deleted including contacts, appointments, notes, and
settings
- Your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to all premium features
- All backups and synced data will be removed from our servers
- You will lose access to your account immediately upon deletion
- This action cannot be undone - you will need to create a new account if you wish to use
our services again
Data Retention Policy
In accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws, we may retain certain information for legal or
regulatory purposes:
- Transaction records for accounting purposes (up to 7 years)
- Legal compliance data as required by law
- Anonymized usage statistics for service improvement
Before You Delete Your Account
We recommend that you:
- Export your data - Download any important contacts or information you want to keep
- Cancel any active subscriptions - Ensure you won't be charged after deletion
